Service and responsibility

The service prepares expense reports from customer inputs. You must have authority to upload the records and administer your company. You remain responsible for reviewing extracted data, categorization, mileage rates, exchange rates and the final report before submission. The service does not make payments to employees or provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

Subscriptions

The no-card trial ends after 14 days and includes three reports. A paid subscription begins only after you authorize checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage payment methods and cancel renewal through Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Failed payments suspend new processing; saved downloads remain available subject to retention limits. No automatic overage charges are applied.

Remaining legal terms

The operator must approve refund rules, consumer cancellation rights, governing law, liability provisions, dispute handling, retention terms and service commitments before this draft can be used for public sales. Contact: Support contact pending.
